Lindner Ethics ReviewWhile the Independence Party understands the desire for the Minnesota House of Representative Ethics Committee to review Representative Lindner's conduct, we believe the constituents in his district are the ultimate judges. The views expressed by Representative Lindner are in direct conflict with the principle of social inclusiveness adhered to by the Independence Party. We have reason to believe that his prejudiced opinions do not reflect the views of the majority of constituents in his district. As an outraged citizen of legislative district 32A, John Vinje Independence Party State Secretary, is currently investigating the interest of citizens in the area to recall Lindner. Just as Representative Lindner has exercised his right to free speech, the Independence Party members in his district will exercise their free speech to educate the constituents of district 32A about Lindner's conduct, as well as to the process of recall.
