Recognition and Gratitude

The Independence Party would like to express thanks to the Minnesota Supreme Court for scheduling arguments on such an expedited schedule.  We recognize their demanding calendar and appreciate their prompt response. In doing so they have laid the groundwork for a prompt ruling that may provide county auditors much-needed breathing room for the printing of absentee ballots.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the ACLU for filing a brief in support of ballot access. The time and resourses spent by the ACLU to argue in favor of our candidates is greatly appreciated.
